Coconut Ladoo
  • 2 cups Grated coconut
  • 3/4th ltr Milk
  • 1cup Sugar
  • A few strands Kesar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp Green pistas finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cashew nuts finely chopped

Take a large pan and heat it.
Add the milk and let it boil.
Stir continuously and reduce it to fifty percent.
It will take around 12-15 minutes.
Add a few strands of kesar.
Keep stirring continuously.
Add the grated coconut and keep stirring until semi-dry.
Add the sugar and keep stirring.
Cook until dry.
Add the cardamom powder, chopped green pistas and cashew nuts.
Mix it well.
Let it cool down.
Shape them into ladoos.
Garnish with pistas and kesar.
Serve as a dessert.
